Here’s  a video of my first few weeks training in Brazil, check it out

The last two weeks I’ve been in the Gorge for a North photo and video shoot. I rode with Jon Van Malsen and Sky Solbach a lot, and we got some sick photos. Also, got to ride a lot with Nick and Dan from North, and we did a fun downwinder from Viento to Hood River. We went all over the Gorge shooting photos with Adam and Andy Koch, and the pics definitly are going to turn out great. I’ll post pics from the trip as soon as I get a chance to. In the meantime, check out these pics of some kiteloops and a front mobe to blind sequence from shooting at the spit.

This weekend I went to Kitetricity in Melbourne/Cocoa Beach. Although the wind was light the whole weekend, it was enough to run the downwind race. Underpowered on my 14, I rode through some great waves and managed to pull off first place. Stoked about the race, on Saturday they ran a course race and long jump event. There wasn’t enough wind for the course racing event with my freestyle board, and right before the long jump event I cut my foot pretty badly as I was launching my kite. Thanks to AJ Morgan for running a killer event.
